Apple and Pear Clafoutis

- 100 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 piece Egg
- 80 g Sugar
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with sugar. Gradually add the flour and milk while mixing. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Peel and dice the apples and pear. Arrange them in the buttered dish.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
