Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 piece Pear
- 150 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.
Step 2
Peel, core, and cut the apples and pears into pieces. Arrange them in the dish.
Step 3
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add milk while whisking gradually to form a smooth batter.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the fruit. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
