Cioppino with Seafood and Tomatoes
A San Francisco-Italian fish stew with shrimp, cod, tomatoes, and celery in an oregano-infused broth.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cod fillet
- 150 g Peeled shrimp
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 2 stalk Celery stalk
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the onion and celery. Cut the cod into chunks.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and celery in a pot with a drizzle of oil for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and 200 ml water. Simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cod and cook for 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
