Creamy Cod and Leek Chowder
A Scandinavian-style creamy chowder featuring cod, leeks, and celery, thickened with fresh cheese for a smooth, velvety texture without any starch.

Ingredients
- 350 g cod fillet
- 2 piece leek
- 2 stalks celery stalk
- 100 g fresh cheese
- 500 ml fish stock
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the leeks and cut the celery into small dice. Cut the cod into chunks.
Step 2
Sauté the leeks and celery in a pot with a drizzle of oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the fish stock, bring to a boil, and add the cod. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the fresh cheese gently. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
