Shrimp and Broccoli Chow Mein
A delicious stir-fry of crispy noodles with shrimp, broccoli, and soy sauce, prepared quickly in a wok.

Ingredients
- 250 g shrimp
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 80 g carrots
- 3 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 300 g cooked yellow noodles
- 10 g fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the yellow noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare all vegetables in small, uniform pieces and mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, then remove.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp of oil and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add broccoli and carrots, cook for 3 minutes over high heat.
Step 6
Add noodles, shrimp, and bean sprouts, and mix well.
Step 7
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar mixture. Toss well and serve.
