Roasted Cauliflower with Citrus and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 2 piece Orange
- 50 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 30 ml Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler. Add the zest of one orange.
Step 5
Plate the roasted cauliflower, drizzle with the chocolate-orange sauce, and garnish with fresh orange segments.
