Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan
A simple and delicious gratin: tender roasted cauliflower topped with crispy Parmesan cheese and finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven, sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan, and bake again for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the baking sheet.
