Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan
A simple and flavorful dish featuring crispy cauliflower coated in Parmesan and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 80 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Toss the florets with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and cook for another 5 minutes until golden.
