Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 80 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well.

Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan.
