Roasted Cauliflower
Crispy-edged and tender cauliflower florets that roast beautifully in the oven. Perfect as a side dish or light main course.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets.

Spread the florets on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
