Reinvented Chocolate Pasta Carbonara
An original Franco-Italian fusion: classic carbonara pasta with a sweet and savory twist of dark chocolate. A surprising and indulgent dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 g Parmesan
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin strips and finely grate the dark chocolate.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Brown the ham in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham. Remove from heat.
Step 6
Pour in the egg and Parmesan mixture while stirring constantly. Add the grated chocolate.
Step 7
Gently stir until the eggs are lightly cooked. Serve immediately.
