Homemade Pan-Fried Carrot and Potato Chips
Crispy golden chips made in a skillet with simple seasoning. A light and tasty French-style side dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g potato
- 250 g carrot
- 60 ml oil
- 4 g salt
- 1 g pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and carrots, then slice them very thinly (2-3 mm) with a knife or mandoline.
Step 2
Dry the slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Cook the slices in small batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
