Quinoa-Chocolate Chips with Roasted Apples

Ingredients
- 150 g Cooked quinoa
- 80 g Dark chocolate
- 2 piece Apples
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter.
Step 2
Mix the cooked quinoa with the melted chocolate to coat well.
Step 3
Spread thinly on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 180°C for chips.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the apples into wedges, arrange on another baking sheet, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Roast the apples for 15 minutes at 180°C until caramelized.
Step 6
Break the chips into pieces, serve with the roasted apples and a drizzle of honey.
