Crispy Homemade Potato and Carrot Chips
Homemade crispy chips made from thin slices of potatoes and carrots, roasted until golden. A healthy and indulgent snack.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and carrots.
Step 3
Slice very thinly using a knife or mandoline.
Step 4
Dry the slices with a clean kitchen towel.
Step 5
Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 7
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
