Peruvian Ceviche
Fresh fish marinated in lemon juice with red onions, cilantro, and chili peppers. A classic Peruvian dish that's refreshing and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients
- 600 g Fresh pollock
- 8 piece Fresh lemons
- 2 piece Red onions
- 30 g Fresh cilantro
- 1 piece Red chili pepper
- 5 g Sea salt
- 100 g White corn (cancha)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into 2cm cubes and place in a glass bowl.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemons and pour the fresh juice over the fish. Salt and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the red onion into thin half-moons and dice the chili pepper.
Step 4
Gently combine the fish with the onion, chili pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Step 5
Serve chilled with the toasted white corn on the side.
