Royal Bream Ceviche
An iconic Peruvian dish featuring raw fish marinated in fresh lemon juice with red onions, chili peppers, and cilantro. Serve chilled with corn crackers.

Ingredients
- 600 g Royal bream
- 8 piece Fresh lemons
- 2 piece Red onions
- 2 piece Ají amarillo chili peppers
- 30 g Fresh cilantro
- 5 g Sea salt
- 100 g Corn crackers (tostadas)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bream into 2cm cubes and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice over the fish, covering well.
Step 3
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cook the fish.
Step 4
Finely slice the red onions and chili pepper.
Step 5
Mix the marinated fish with the onions, chili pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Step 6
Season with salt and serve immediately on a bed of corn crackers.
