Sea Bream Ceviche
Raw fish marinated in fresh lime juice with red onion, cilantro, and chili. A refreshing and flavorful Peruvian classic.

Ingredients
- 800 g Sea bream
- 6 piece Fresh lime
- 1 piece Red onion
- 30 g Fresh cilantro
- 2 piece Yellow ají chili
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
- 200 g Peruvian white corn
- 300 g Sweet potato
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sea bream into regular 2 cm cubes.
Step 2
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the fish.
Step 3
Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Finely slice the red onion.
Step 5
Add the onion, cilantro, ají, and seasonings.
Step 6
Serve with white corn and cooked sweet potato.
