Sea Bream Ceviche
Fresh fish marinated in lime juice with red onions, chili, and fresh cilantro. A refreshing and delicious Peruvian classic.

Ingredients
- 800 g Fresh sea bream
- 8 piece Limes
- 2 piece Red onions
- 1 piece Fresh red chili
- 30 g Fresh cilantro
- 5 g Salt
- 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sea bream into 2 cm cubes.
Step 2
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the fish.
Step 3
Add salt and let marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Thinly slice the red onions and chili.
Step 5
Mix the marinated fish with the onions, chili, and fresh cilantro.
Step 6
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
