Sea Bream Ceviche
Raw fish marinated in fresh lime juice Peruvian-style with red onions, chili, and fresh cilantro. A classic from Peru served cold and tangy.

Ingredients
- 600 g Sea bream fillet
- 6 piece Limes
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 piece Yellow ají chili
- 20 g Fresh cilantro
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sea bream fillet into 2 cm cubes.
Step 2
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the fish.
Step 3
Let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add sliced red onion, finely chopped chiles, and cilantro.
Step 5
Season and serve immediately.
