Oyster Mushroom Ceviche with Lime and Chili
Thinly sliced oyster mushrooms marinated in a bath of lime juice with fresh chili, red onion and cilantro. A vibrant vegetarian take on Peruvian ceviche with intense, zesty flavors.

Ingredients
- 350 g oyster mushrooms
- 3 piece lime
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 piece fresh chili
- 15 g fresh cilantro
- 1 piece avocado
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the oyster mushrooms and red onion. Mince the deseeded chili.
Step 2
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the mushrooms. Add the onion and chili. Let marinate for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the avocado. Plate the ceviche, garnish with avocado and chopped cilantro.
