Smoked Duck Carpaccio with Figs and Mâche
Thin slices of smoked duck breast accompanied by fresh figs, mâche and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. A sweet and savory carpaccio with a southwestern twist.

Ingredients
- 250 g Smoked duck breast
- 3 pieces Fresh figs
- 80 g Mâche
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Walnut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the smoked duck breast. Arrange the slices in a rosette pattern on the plates.
Step 2
Cut the figs into thin wedges.
Step 3
Distribute the mâche and fig wedges over the carpaccio. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and walnut oil. Generously season with pepper.
