Roasted Carrots and Celery with Oat Flakes

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C. Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into sticks. Cut the celery into pieces.
Step 2
Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle the oat flakes on top.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the flakes are golden.
