Sautéed Duck with Crispy Vegetables
Sliced duck breast sautéed in a wok with pak choi and shiitake mushrooms. A savory Cantonese-style recipe that's low in carbs.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Duck breast
- 200 g Pak choi
- 100 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the duck breast into thin strips. Cut the pak choi in half and slice the shiitakes.
Step 2
Sear the duck in a very hot wok for 3 minutes, skin-side down first. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same wok, stir-fry the garlic, pak choi, and shiitakes for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Return the duck, add the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Toss for 1 minute and serve.
