Express Lacquered Duck with Wok and Bean Sprouts
Duck strips caramelized in a wok with bean sprouts and Chinese cabbage, glazed with a five-spice lacquer sauce. Asian elegance for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g duck strips
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 150 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the duck strips in half lengthwise. Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
Step 2
Sear the duck in the hot wok for 4 minutes skin-side down. Sprinkle with five-spice.
Step 3
Add the Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Coat with soy sauce mixed with honey, caramelize for 1 minute and serve.
