Mexican Chicken Broth

Ingredients
- 350 g chicken breasts
- 800 ml chicken broth
- 2 piece zucchini
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 1 piece jalapeño pepper
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes. Slice the zucchini into half-rounds, crush the tomatoes, and mince the jalapeño.
Step 2
Bring the broth to a boil with the cumin. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the zucchini, tomatoes, and jalapeño. Cook for 8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
