Grilled Squid Japanese Style with Edamame
Tender grilled squid with soy and ginger sauce, served with edamame and peppers for an authentic Japanese touch.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cleaned squid
- 100 g Shelled edamame
- 2 piece Red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the squid into rings and the peppers into strips. Grate the ginger.
Step 2
Mix the squid with soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Step 3
Grill the squid 2 minutes on each side on a very hot grill. Grill the peppers for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Sauté the edamame in a hot skillet for 2 minutes. Serve everything together.
