Mexican Vegetarian Burritos

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Wheat tortillas
- 2 pieces Avocados
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Gruyère
- 400 g Canned red beans
- 250 g Cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the red beans with olive oil in a skillet, then partially mash them. Add some hot sauce and season with salt.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and peel the avocados, slicing them into strips.
Step 3
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or oven.
Step 4
Lay out the tortillas and fill each one with rice, beans, tomatoes, avocado, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of hot sauce.
Step 5
Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
