Turkey Burrito Bowl with Mexican Salsa
A burrito bowl without the tortilla or rice: spiced ground turkey with cumin over a bed of lettuce, with grilled peppers, fresh tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream.

Ingredients
- 300 g ground turkey
- 1 piece romaine lettuce
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Chiffonade the romaine lettuce, cut the bell peppers into strips and the tomatoes into dice.
Step 2
Brown the ground turkey in olive oil with cumin for 10 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.
Step 3
Grill the bell peppers in a skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the lettuce as the base in bowls, top with spiced turkey, grilled peppers, diced tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream.
