Homemade Burger with Potato Fries
Juicy burgers made with homemade ground beef patties, fresh lettuce, tomato and cucumber. A must-have classic served with crispy fries.

Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 500 g Potatoes
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Cucumber
- 100 g Lettuce
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 3 piece Burger buns
- 90 g Cheddar cheese
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the fries: cut potatoes into batons, wash and dry.
Step 2
Bake the fries in the oven at 220°C for 20-25 minutes on a sheet pan with oil, salt and pepper, turning halfway through.
Step 3
Form 3 beef patties, slightly flattened, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook the patties in a skillet 3-4 minutes per side, add cheese at the end of cooking.
Step 5
Lightly toast the burger buns.
Step 6
Assemble the burgers: bun, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beef patty with cheese, bun.
