Homemade Burger with Ground Beef and Apples

- 300 g Ground beef
- 2 pieces Burger buns
- 150 g Apples
- 50 g Lettuce
- 100 g Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Form 2 patties with the ground beef, season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the patties in a hot skillet with oil, 5-6 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Peel and slice the apples thinly.
Step 4
Slice the buns and quickly toast them in the skillet.
Step 5
Assemble: bun, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, patty, apples, ketchup, and top bun.
