Lettuce-Wrapped Beef Burger with Grilled Vegetables
A generous seasoned beef patty wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves with grilled vegetables. A healthy, low-carb take on the classic burger.

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef 15% fat
- 1 piece iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece zucchini
- 1 piece tomato
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 piece onion
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the ground beef into 4 portions. Season with salt and pepper and form into patties 2 cm thick.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into rounds and slice the onion into thick rings. Slice the tomato.
Step 3
Grill the patties for 4 minutes on each side over high heat for medium doneness.
Step 4
Grill the zucchini and onion rounds for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Separate the large lettuce leaves. Assemble by layering the patty, mustard, grilled vegetables, and tomato in the lettuce leaf.
