Mediterranean Buddha Bowl with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Black olives
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Spiralize the zucchini into long noodles using a spiralizer or mandoline. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Season the chicken with Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Pan-grill in olive oil for 6 minutes per side.
Step 3
Arrange the zucchini noodles as a base, slice the grilled chicken and place on top with the cherry tomatoes and olives.
