Buddha Bowl Fusion: Red Lentils, Roasted Beets, Kiwi and Peanut Sauce
A colorful and balanced bowl combining cooked red lentils, caramelized beets, fresh kiwis and avocados, topped with a creamy Asian-style peanut sauce. Nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 250 g Beets
- 200 g Broccoli
- 3 piece Kiwis
- 1 piece Bananas
- 1 piece Avocados
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 0.5 piece Lime
- 400 ml Water
- 2 cl Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the red lentils and cook them in boiling water for 12 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Cut the beets into cubes and roast them in the oven at 200°C with a little oil, salt and pepper for 18 minutes.
Step 3
Steam the broccoli for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the peanut sauce: mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, grated ginger, lime juice and honey.
Step 5
Dilute the sauce with a little water until you reach the desired consistency.
Step 6
Peel and slice the kiwis, cut the avocado into slices.
Step 7
Assemble the bowls: distribute the lentils, beets, broccoli and fruits.
Step 8
Pour the peanut sauce over each bowl and serve.
