Simple and Indulgent Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 20 g Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Liquid vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a pot over low heat or in a double boiler.
Step 3
Whisk the sugar and eggs until the mixture is pale.
Step 4
Fold the melted chocolate and vanilla into the egg mixture.
Step 5
Mix the flour, cocoa powder and salt, then gently fold into the batter.
Step 6
Pour into a buttered pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is slightly fudgy.
Step 7
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
