Lentil and Chocolate Brownies
Fudgy brownies enriched with protein thanks to lentils. A decadent dessert that's more nutritious than the classic version.

Ingredients
- 150 g Cooked lentils
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 40 g Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Blend the cooked lentils with the eggs and sugar until you get a smooth paste.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and butter together, then add to the mixture.
Step 4
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix gently.
Step 5
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes until fudgy. Let cool.
