Dark Chocolate Brownies
A decadent American-style brownie with dark chocolate, walnuts, and butter. Served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate 70%
- 150 g Unsalted butter
- 200 g White sugar
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Pure cocoa powder
- 100 g Crushed walnuts
- 0.25 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp Fine salt
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla powder
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler over low heat. Cool for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk eggs with sugar until pale (3 minutes). Fold in the chocolate-butter mixture.
Step 4
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the mixture with vanilla and walnuts.
Step 5
Pour into the pan and bake 20-25 minutes (center should remain slightly fudgy). Cool before cutting.
