Chocolate and Quinoa Brownies
Rich and fudgy brownies made with a chocolate-quinoa blend for added protein. A comforting dessert ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Cooked quinoa
- 3 piece Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
- 60 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate and butter together (using a double boiler or microwave).
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
Step 3
Add the warm chocolate-butter mixture to the eggs and fold in gently.
Step 4
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Add the cooked quinoa and mix.
Step 5
Pour into a buttered square baking pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes (the center should remain slightly fudgy).
Step 6
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
