Roasted Broccoli and Crispy Potatoes with Ham
A simple and delicious dish combining roasted broccoli and potatoes, topped with crispy ham. A reinvented French classic.

Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli
- 400 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them on a baking sheet with oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the broccoli into florets and add them to the pan after 10 minutes.
Step 5
Dice the ham and add it during the last 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot straight from the oven.
