Asian-Style Stir-Fried Broccoli with Soy Sauce
A quick and flavorful broccoli stir-fry with soy sauce and garlic. Light, fast, and delicious for an easy dinner.

Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 5 g Fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and finely mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce and water, cover and cook for 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Season with pepper and serve.
