Asian-Style Stir-Fried Broccoli with Noodles
A simple and flavorful Asian-inspired stir-fry featuring crispy broccoli, tender noodles, and a sweet soy-honey sauce.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 200 g Pasta or noodles
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the garlic into thin slivers.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok, add the garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and stir-fry over high heat for 6-7 minutes until tender but still crispy.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles, pour in the soy sauce and honey, toss well for 1 minute.
Step 6
Serve topped with sesame seeds.
