Roasted Broccoli with Clementines and Crispy Oat Topping

Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli
- 3 pieces Clementines
- 80 g Rolled oats
- 50 g Walnuts
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Coat the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Roast the broccoli for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, toast the rolled oats with butter and crushed walnuts in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Peel the clementines and separate them into segments.
Step 6
Transfer the roasted broccoli to plates. Add the clementine segments and sprinkle with the toasted oat mixture.
