Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower with Ham

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 220°C.
Step 4
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 5
Add the ham to the vegetables during the final 5 minutes of cooking.
