Grilled Chicken Skewers with Zucchini and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes, the zucchini into slices, and the bell pepper into chunks.
Step 2
Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Herbs de Provence, then coat the chicken cubes and vegetables.
Step 3
Thread the chicken, zucchini, and bell pepper alternately onto skewers.
Step 4
Grill the skewers on a hot grill or grill pan for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly.
