Moroccan Lamb Skewers and Tomato Salad
Fragrant lamb skewers seasoned with cumin and paprika, served with a fresh tomato and cucumber salad with mint. A taste of Morocco in a few bites.

Ingredients
- 350 g Boneless lamb shoulder
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 bunch Fresh mint
- 2 tsp Cumin and paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lamb into 3 cm cubes. Mix with cumin, paprika, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Thread onto skewers.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and slice the cucumber into rounds. Chop the mint. Season with lemon juice and remaining olive oil.
Step 3
Heat the grill to high. Grill the skewers 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning regularly.
Step 4
Serve the skewers over the tomato and cucumber salad with mint.
