Brik with Egg
A crispy Tunisian pastry filled with egg, tuna and spices. Enjoy hot with a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Brick sheets
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Canned tuna
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Harissa
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Lemon
- à goût g Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and mix it with the drained tuna and parsley.
Step 2
Place a brick sheet on a work surface. Add 1 tablespoon of the tuna-onion mixture on one side.
Step 3
Crack an egg in the center of the mixture, add a pinch of harissa and fold the brick sheet into a triangle.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry each brik 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
