Peruvian Ceviche Bowl with Cod and Shrimp
Fresh ceviche of cod and shrimp marinated in lime and chili, served in a bowl with warm sweet potato, red onion and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh cod fillet
- 150 g Raw peeled shrimp
- 150 g Sweet potato
- 1 piece Red onion
- 4 pieces Limes
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 1 piece Fresh red chili pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cod into 2 cm cubes. Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the fish and shrimp. Let marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Peel and cut the sweet potato into slices. Cook in boiling water for 12 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Thinly slice the red onion and chili pepper. Chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Drain the ceviche, mix with the onion, chili pepper and cilantro. Serve in bowls with the warm sweet potato.
