Nordic Bowl with Eggs and Fresh Cheese on Raw Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh cheese
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in salted water. Cool in ice water and peel.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber thinly and quarter the radishes. Chop the dill.
Step 3
Mix the fresh cheese with the chopped dill and lemon juice.
Step 4
Divide the cucumber and radishes among bowls. Quarter the eggs and arrange them. Top with dollops of herb cheese. Serve.
