Japanese Tempeh Teriyaki and Edamame Bowl
A vegetarian donburi bowl with caramelized teriyaki tempeh, edamame, shredded bok choy, and sesame seeds. Umami flavor guaranteed.

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 100 g Shelled edamame
- 200 g Bok choy
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 10 g Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the tempeh thinly and shred the bok choy into thin strips.
Step 2
Sauté the tempeh in a hot skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar, then let it caramelize for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the shredded bok choy between two bowls. Top with edamame and teriyaki tempeh.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
