Indonesian Tempeh Satay Bowl with Green Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 150 g Green beans
- 150 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tempeh into thin slices. Trim the green beans and mince the Chinese cabbage.
Step 2
Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and grill the tempeh for 4 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 3
Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Drain. Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage over high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the satay sauce by mixing the peanut butter, soy sauce, and 2 tbsp warm water. Assemble the bowls and drizzle with sauce.
