Indian Tofu Tikka and Spinach Bowl
An Indian-inspired bowl featuring marinated tikka-spiced tofu, fresh spinach, cucumber raita and crispy chickpeas. A spiced culinary journey.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 150 g Spinach leaves
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 g Canned chickpeas
- 2 tsp Tikka masala powder
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes and coat with tikka masala. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Dice the cucumber.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, turning regularly.
Step 3
Add the chickpeas to the pan and toast for 3 minutes over high heat until crispy.
Step 4
Divide the spinach between two bowls, top with the tikka tofu, chickpeas and cucumber. Drizzle with yogurt and serve.
